  • On Sunday, Barna meet St James' GAA in the Junior 'A' West Board Final. Throw in is 1.30pm in Pearse Stadium. We appeal to all club members and supporters across the community to try and get to the Stadium on Sunday to cheer on the lads. It is our first West Board final at this grade in a number of years so hopefully a big and vocal Barna support on the day will help the lads lift the cup and qualify also for the County Final.   • Big day for the U12 girls in Furbo today with two finals taking place . At 4pm Barna face Killanin and at 5.15 Barna B play Claregalway C in their Shield final . Please support the girls and it is great to see Barna fielding two teams at this age group. Good luck to the girls and management.

  • COACHING COURSES IN GALWAY COURSE 1 - Movement for Sport Performance Overview: “If we can coach athletes or team players to run more efficiently or to run better, it becomes easier for them to develop the skill of running faster”. This course looks at developing the motor skills and physical literacy of athletes and players of all ages to ensure the players develop the building blocks to sprint faster and more efficiently.
